College Library (Digital)

SBVR Agricultural college Library built-up of 2,970 Sft. It is well illuminated and ventilated with adequate seating capacity of 150 users (student reading hall and staff reading hall). To make it user friendly, library is well partitioned into various sections such as textbook section, reference section, periodical section, competitive exam section, digital library (50 computers with 100mbps internet speed).

The library has an e-learning facility and subscribe e-resources. The library is using OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue), where in the users can search the Library Online Catalogue by Author's name, title, subject and keywords available on the campus LAN.

Library Advisory Committee is constituted at the institutional level. Associate Dean is chairperson, all the HODs and few student members are designated as members of the committee. At the beginning of the academic yearcommittee meetsand discuss on upgrading library with respect to learning resources and infrastructure. It also focusses on how to motivate user to access library regularly online and offline.
